The renovation of this commercial restroom project required a higher level of amenities than typical spaces of this type. Situated within a high-volume banquet event facility, I worked to optimize the restroom for the diversity of possible needs. Included among this was the addition of salong elements such as a hair wash sink that could be utilized by hair & makeup professionals helping to prepare brides and event hosts for their celebrations. Additionally, I updated the space with ADA-compliant handicap accessible stalls, created a new design that created more privacy in all stalls overall, and incorporated a baby changing station to provide more family-friendly amenities for guests of the venue.
