Optimization of Limited Space Under Historical Restrictions

This historically-designated building at the cliff of a scenic overlook was operating as both a restaurant and banquet event venue. The proprietors were frequently losing wedding reception bookings because there was no bridal suite available on-premises.

To resolve this issue, I repurposed a space adjacent to the existing ballroom, converting it into suite with appropriate decor and furnishings customized for the small scale of room, while providing as much comfort and amenities as the space would permit.

I further altered, with historical limitations, access to the adjoining balcony to both create a more open feel to the space and provide an additional "Juliet Balcony" focal point for photo opportunities for the bride and groom.
