Renovation Project Management

For this combined expansion and renovation project, I undertook construction management responsibilities, including the bidding for the architectural planning, negotiation of general and sub contracting, and materials purchasing/oversight. Additionally, I contributed to the design process. Despite challenging circumstances, I carefully coordinated efforts with each trade to complete the work around the schedule of operations for the events continuing to take place during the construction, and completed the space to spec within budget and by the set deadline.
